Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you full control over your e-mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can set up a brand new mail account in no time and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward emails from one e-mail box to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your email mailboxes against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mailboxes against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming email messages based on certain rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just choose the e-mail box account you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the target email box and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
